A. YES, with AMessageBottle.com you can place an order now and we will mail it out according to the date you entered.
Instructions: In the Option section of the item you want to purchase is an area where you can fill in the date you want your order mailed. In that section where you add the date is a Link to a Calendar so you will be able to view the desired dates. (all orders are mailed out Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays)

Q. Can I order more than 1 Message in a Bottle at a time and have each mailed to a different address?
A. YES, we want you to have it YOUR WAY. Order as many Bottles as you like and you will be able to provide us with different Personalized Greetings and mailing addresses for each. Now you can order all your Holiday Greetings or any occasion and have them sent to Friends, Family Co-Workers or anyone on your list on the Date you request.
Ordering Tips: Several helpful tips when ordering the same styled Bottle (Bottles with the same stock number). If you want to order duplicates of the same style we recommend that you add the amount you want to order to the shopping cart (3, 10 ,15) or whatever quantity and don't add a greeting or the date you want the item mailed out. When ordering the same styled bottle in quantity just add the amount you want to order and once you start to go through the Check Out process you will be able to view your complete order with each Bottle displayed in the final check out section. Each item that you ordered will appear separately (actual photo) and next to the photo is where you can add the Name, Mailing address and a Message for each bottle (when adding the greeting for the scroll it is recommended to add To and From on the greeting and indicate the Date you want it mailed out on).

NOTE: Orders to be mailed outside of the USA, Contact Us prior to ordering for Shipping Prices, please include the Stock Number of the item or items and the quantity you wish to order along with the complete shipping address.
- Our Glass Square and Round Message Bottles are packaged in a White Shipping Tube (except our Over the Hill Bottles which are packaged in a Black Shipping Tube) and wrapped in delicate colored tissue to enhance and protect your order.
- We print out a custom mailing label with your recipients address and mail your order via Priority Mail within the Continental United States (Glass Bottles Only).
- Estimated delivery times as published by the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Priority service is 2 to 3 business days within the USA, however it is not guaranteed.
- Orders received prior to 1:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) Monday thru Friday (Except Weekends and Holidays) are mailed out the following business day unless an alternative Date is indicated on the order form.
- Delivery Confirmation and Insurance can be purchased with your order. NO Billing Information is mailed out with your order.
- Our Plastic Message in a Bottle are mailed in a Heat Sealed Package eliminating the need to attach labels and postage to the outside of your Bottle. Our mailing procedure allows your Message in a Bottle to be displayed unobstructed, Click Here to view a sample of the packaging.
- Your order is mailed via the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail (PLASTICI BOTTLES ARE ONLY MAILED WITHIN THE USA).
- Postal rates vary from ($1.65 to $2.25), postage added at Check Out, First-Class estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 business days.
- Delivery Confirmation and Insurance can be purchased with your order. NO Billing Information is mailed out with your order.
- Our Plastic Message in a Bottle Invitations are mailed in the same manor as our Plastic Message in a Bottles (shown above), the only difference is we need you to provide us with a complete Guest list (Name, Street Address, City, State, and Postal Code)
- Processing Time: Message in a Bottle Invitations and Promotions, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing prior to mailing.
- Our Photo Message in a Bottle: when order our Photo Bottle for Invitations and Promotions there is a $25.00 one time charge to set up the graphic and email it to you for final authorization. If you have questions regarding our Photo Bottle or any of our products please feel free to contact us.
When shipping via the USPS priority or First-Class mail we are unable to guarantee delivery time or specific days.

Q. Can I have my order sent Rush Delivery?
A. Yes, we can ship your order rush delivery via Express, this method of shipping is very costly and we only recommend when it is absolutely necessary. You will receive your order in approximately 1 - 2 business days after the item has been picked up by the shipper from our warehouse. Express delivery is about half the amount of delivery time of standard USPS.

Q. What if I receive a Damaged product or Lost Delivery?
A. Receiving a Damaged product or Lost Delivery, please notify us immediately and advice us if the outside packaging is damaged so we can contact the shipping company and file a claim for you on your behalf. All of our orders that are shipped by the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail) are insured, once we receive verification on the claim from the Postal Service we will either offer to send you another Message in a Bottle or offer you a full refund. Refunds are sent out to our customers once the claim has been fully processed.

Q. What is a Photo Message in a Bottle?
